Welcome to MJR. However you arrived at this stage of your journey whether it be by recommendation, internet search or advertisement, we want you to take a moment and actually realise that you have taken an important step.

"Yes that's right", how often do you hear people telling their story? "if I could only do this skill or make that change or have these material possessions, then I would be happier, or wealthy, or more motivated, content", the list is endless. The interesting part is if you listen really carefully, what they are actually telling themselves is 'why' they can't have all the above, instead of actually stating 'Yes' I do want these and 'How' am I going to achieve them?

You may have heard the expression "The hardest part of any journey is always the first step" well congratulations you have taken that first step by actually considering doing something for yourself. So for that alone we respect you and even if you do not pursue this journey any further with us, then we hope at least we have ignited your inner fire and curiosity? So start to question yourself, and discover "What is it I really want?"
