Our Philosophy

MJR's philosophy is simple, "We all take different paths". You may be wondering what do we actually mean by this? Well think about the total world population. Yet each one of us is on a unique journey through life regardless of our gender, ethical background, status or age etc. Is it not amazing that every individual will experience a situation differently from the next person even though they were both referring to the same event. Or how we like different activities, books, music or destinations. To one person these are very important, while to another they are less important. If you just stop for a moment and step off the treadmill and actually think about it, we are fascinating creatures.

If we were to remove all these complex layers, we find that we are only left with the core human fundamental needs such as, warmth, love, peace, food and water. We often hear the expression "Fight for survival", but "what is it we are actually fighting for?" Assuming we have these core human needs satisfied "what's left?" We want you to ponder that question for a moment or two.

Now for the next few minutes please stop thinking about what you have to do tomorrow or next week and just be still, "get a sense of living in the present". Now take three very deep, very slow breaths as follows:

    1. Inhale 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.........exhale 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7......
you may feel your body begin to relax.....

    2. inhale 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.....exhale 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8..

    3. inhale 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9...exhale 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9...... feel all that tension beginning to ease.

Now let us ask you a question, "What do you want from yourself?" (listen to what comes). A further question, "Have you ever thought about who is controlling your life?" If 'YOU' do not take control there will certainly be people out there who will decide for you, whether this be in your professional or personal life. However, this is the beauty of being human, "we all have choices". What do we mean by this? Well 'YOU' can decide to change any area of your life if 'YOU' choose too. Think about it rationally, there is no "invisible brick wall" built around you, and this is stopping you from making changes or achieving that dream. The only thing that is stopping 'YOU' is the story 'YOU' tell yourself or your limiting belief as to why 'YOU CAN'T'. Wouldn't it be refreshing to say "I CAN?". Go on "Dare to Dream and explore, discover new horizons".

Kind Regards,
